Notice Description
London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is establishing a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of occupational health services in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The framework will be available to the members of LUPC, APUC, HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC, CPC and SUPC. Members include higher education, further education, schools, the wider public sector and not for profit institutions. Lots under the framework include occupational health and EAP services (national), EAP, four geographical occupational health lots, EAP only, and student digital assistance. The framework agreement is estimated to commence in February 2024.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Occupational Health & EAP Services National
Lot 1 invites tenders to support the members' requirements for OHS and EAP services for students and/or staff in one solution. Bidders must be able to provide UK-wide coverage of services. Additional information: See "General Procurement Documents".
Lot 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) NationalLot 2 invites bidders who can provide EAP solutions to our members across the UK in support of their student and/or staff requirements. Additional information: See "General Procurement Documents".
Lot 3 - Occupational Health Northern EnglandThis lot invites bids for OHS services to members' students and/or staff in the North of England only. Additional information: See "General Procurement Documents".
Lot 4 - Occupational Health Southern EnglandThis lot invites bids for OHS services to members' students and/or staff in the South of England only. Additional information: See "General Procurement Documents".
Lot 5 - Occupational Health ScotlandThis lot invites bids for OHS services to members' students and/or staff in Scotland only. Additional information: See "General Procurement Documents".

Lot 7 - Student Wellbeing - Digital AssistanceLot 7 invites bids from suppliers who provide digital app solutions that support student experience and wellbeing inline with the members' requirements. Additional information: See "General Procurement Documents".
