(l) The Trust reserves the right to enforce Regulation 57 of the PCR 2015 with regards to its rights to the discretionary exclusion of Bidders Bidders who have been convicted of a Bribery Act 2010 offence under section 1 (offences relating to bribing another person) or section 6 (bribery of foreign public officials) will be excluded.
