Notice Description
The British Council in the Middle East and North Africa region seeks to contract individuals or organizations as specialists to provide Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation services to different cultural engagement programmes and projects in the region. The selected suppliers (3 suppliers/lot) and specialists are to be contracted through framework agreements and services to be requested based on a call down contract through a mini competition between selected suppliers.Monitoring and Evaluation Services include research, technical advises, and evaluations therefore the tender is divided into three lots:1. Lot 1 - Research2. Lot 2 - Technical Advice on MEL3. Lot 3 - Development and Assessment
