Homes England - FRAEW Financial Hardship Cases and FRAEW Audit
Notice Description
The scope of services is split into two sections. Lot 1 outlines the scope of work required of the FRAEW Hardship Cases Supplier(s) and Lot 2 outlines the scope of work required of the FRAEW Audit Supplier(s). There will be sperate contracts for the services required under each Lot. Lot 1 - The Supplier shall be required to deliver FRAEWs for Hardship Cases across England. Within this tender Homes England is looking to appoint two suppliers that will be apportioned Hardship Cases via a Taxi Rank Mechanism. These two suppliers will be the highest overall scoring submissions. Lot 2 - The Supplier shall be required to deliver Audits of In-Depth Technical Assessments and Basic Assessments. Within this tender Homes England is looking to appoint three suppliers that will be apportioned Hardship Cases via a Taxi Rank Mechanism. The duration of the Contract will be for 2 years initial term, with an option to extend yearly for a maximum of 2 further years (2+1+1). Please note the overall contract value over both lots had been estimated at approximately PS5.5 million and depends on the volumes of work over the contract period therefor individual values below may not be accurate.

FRAEW Financial Hardship Cases
