This AWARD relates to the provision of Waste Management Service (non-clinical). which is to be split in to two lots: Lot 1 = General Waste and Dry Mixed Recycling Lot 2 = Bulky Wastes and Skips
Lot Information
General Waste and Dry Mixed Recycling
Waste Management Contract (Non-clinical) will be for the provision of nonhealthcare waste and mixed recycling collection, plus waste recovery and disposal services. The Trust will employ the Supplier during the period to actively manage, develop, improve, and maintain the waste services, including the development of recovery and waste minimisation opportunities. Additional information: The primary beneficiaries of this Contract will be the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) Organisations (?ICSO?) as as defined https://healthandcarenotts.co.uk/about-us/our-partners/
Options: The minimums term shall be for 36 months from 1st August 2023 to 31st July 2026 PLUS options to extend for two periods of twelve months (max to 31st July 2028)
Renewal: Recurring need for general waste collection & disposal - to be advertised at expiry of 36+12+12 agreement
Bulky wastes and skipsThe collection and disposal of Construction Waste / Rubble, Mattresses, Furniture (including domestic seating containing POPs), Green waste, Wood, Pallets, Bulky wastes, Plastics, Bailed cardboard and paper, Metals.. Additional information: The primary beneficiaries of this Contract will be the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS) Organisations (?ICSO?) as as defined https://healthandcarenotts.co.uk/about-us/our-partners/
Options: The minimums term shall be for 36 months from 1st August 2023 with options to extend for two periods of twelve months.
