Integrated Domestic Abuse Service - Market Engagement Event
Notice Description
South Tyneside Council is holding a Supplier Engagement Event for our Integrated Domestic Abuse Services being held 2pm - 4pm on Thursday 23 March 2023 at One Trinity Green, Havelock Street, South Shields, NE33 5RW. The outcome of this consultation will inform the forthcoming tender exercise, which is anticipated to commence May 2023, for a contract commencement no later than Wednesday 1 November 2023. This event will be focused around sharing our ideas for the future model of service delivery of an Integrated Domestic Abuse service, delivered to victims and families in South Tyneside. We intend to share our proposed service model and ideas and seek your feedback on how a new model will provide a robust wraparound service and the interface with the whole system. We will also take you through the Council's tender requirements and timeline. We anticipate publishing the draft model at least a week prior to this event and we would very much like your feedback on our proposals, in order to shape this service and the new specification. The Model will be published on NEPO Tendering Portal, under project number DN658189, link https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=81917306-a1b6-ed11-8120-005056b64545&p=1c9e782c-541e-e611-8114-000c29c9ba21 If you are not already registered on the NEPO Tendering Portal, you will need to register free of charge to access the draft model. We do hope you can join us so please register your interest in attending this event by contacting Karen Dixon (karen.dixon@southtyneside.gov.uk). Participation or non-participation in this supplier market engagement event shall not prevent any supplier participating in any potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of this process shall place any supplier at an advantage in any potential procurement process. Participation in the market engagement process will be at each supplier's own cost. No expense in responding to this process will be reimbursed by the Council.
