The mattresses will comprise of varying types and sizes and the Council cannot guarantee the condition of the mattresses. Renewal: The Contract is one year (12 months) with the option for the Council to extend the initial 12 months by any period, or periods, up to a maximum of a further four years (48 months). Therefore tender renewal is anticipated to be January 2028.
