Notice Description

The Authority publishes this Notice of an Amendment, in relation to the published value of the Contract, to be made in pursuance of the original Notice 2024/S 000-023841 published in OJEU on the 30th July 2024 [and subsequent Notice Reference: 2024/S 000-028993 extending the tender until 20th September 2024]. The original Notice, and subsequent Notice, outlined the value of the Initial Term, including implementation, but did not outline the value of the Extension Periods. This detail was included in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). This Notice of Amendment confirms the full value, including Initial Term, implementation period and, additionally if required, the Extension Periods, is estimated not to exceed PS63,624,000. All other details relating to this procurement remain unchanged. As stated in the ITT at paragraphs 1.11 and 1.12 the estimated total value of the Contract over the Initial Term including implementation and additionally if required, the extension periods is estimated not to exceed PS63,624,000. which includes the estimated costs of the services to be provided by the successful tenderer including those provided during the Implementation Period. The actual value of the Contract will depend on several influencing factors including the prices tendered by the successful tenderer, future transaction volumes and whether the Authority exercises its rights to extend.
