    "description": "Date: 23 March 2023 Re: Request for an Expression of Interest (\"EOI\") Commercial Property and Advertising Managed Services for: - Abellio East Anglia Ltd (\"Greater Anglia\") - Abellio East Midlands Ltd (\"East Midlands Railway\") - West Midlands Trains Ltd (\"West Midlands Trains\") 1. Overview Greater Anglia is seeking to procure a managing agent for Commercial Property and Advertising Managed Services for itself and 2 (two) other Train Operating Companies (\"TOCs\"): East Midlands Railway and West Midlands Trains. Greater Anglia, East Midlands Railway, and West Midlands Trains are under the common control of Transport UK, a new UK-owned and UK-managed group serving millions of rail and bus passengers in the UK. It is intended to run a single Procurement event, where interested parties will be invited to submit a proposal for all 3 (three) TOCs, with the ability to award the successful party three (3) separate contracts, one for each TOC. Each contract will have its own individual term, based on the term of each TOCs respective National Rail Contract term date. Further information will be provided within the published ITT. This procurement will be exempt from a UCR procedure based on to regulation 29 Suppliers interested in tendering for these services are invited to respond to this Expression of Interest (EOI) by completing and submitting your response through the Procurement portal Wax Digital http://redirect.transaxions.com/events/cCq6y by the deadline of 03 April 2023 12:00 2. Background to Managed Services This Expression of Interest provides a high-level overview of the required Commercial Property and Advertising Managed Services for this opportunity. Please note a full detailed specification will be provided as part of the full procurement process and advertised through GA's Procurement Portal. Commercial Property: Management of relationship with commercial property tenants. Management of existing commercial property leases, including renewals, rent reviews, other lease amendments, property inspections. Collection and management of rent, deposits, service charges, utilities and the debtors ledger. Provision of back off accounting services, including invoicing and remittances. Provision of management information. Seeking and developing opportunities for new commercial property tenants. Commercial property dilapidations Advertising Management of relationship with advertising providers in station and on train. Management of existing advertising contracts with third parties, including renewals, reviews, and other contractual amendments. Collection and management of advertising contractual revenues. Provision of back off accounting services, including invoicing and remittances. Provision of management information. Seeking and developing opportunities for new advertising opportunities. 3. Proposed Procurement Timeline The proposed procurement timeline is set out below. Activity & Dates 1. Expression of Interest issued on Find a Tender 23 March 2023 2. Responses to expression of interest returned 03 April 2023 3. Issue tender documents 11 April 2023 4. Tender returns 09 May 2023 6.
