Notice Description
Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will be embarking on the recommissioning of their School Health (School Nursing) Service. The School Health Service will deliver a diverse range of activities to promote the health and wellbeing of the school aged population. This will include taking a lead in the coordination and delivery of core universal and mandated elements of the Healthy Child Programme (5-19) and providing clinical expertise within school settings across Westminster, Kensington, and Chelsea. The publication of this notice follows the market engagement request that was published in June 2021 (pqq_WCC_1657). The City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea anticipate the publication of the formal Invitation to Tender in April 2023. Interested parties should register on capitalEsourcing in order to receive notification once the opportunity goes live. It should be noted that this is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
