There are various homes size costing options within this category/ lot, please ensure that this is considered when completing the relevant Pricing Schedule (Tender docs - Appendix 3b - 18-25 years). Young people placed under this category/ lot are likely to have some experience and level of independent living skills, although, insufficient to manage in a fully independent setting. It is important that Contractor's staff has the knowledge, resilience and skills to build productive new relationships to support the young person to be the best they can be and to support them to acquire the necessary independence skills on their journey to full independence. Some young people placed under this category/ lot may require higher levels of intensive support and/ or are unlikely to succeed in a shared environment (this can be due to a combination of mental health issues, substance misuse and offending). Where the Contractor has evidenced, through a risk assessment, that a young person placed under Category 4/ Lot 4 requires additional services to meet specific outcomes, this will be costed from the relevant Pricing Schedule (Tender docs - Appendix 3b - 18-25 years). Additional services will require approval from the Purchaser and be reflected in the young person's care plan and recorded in the IPA; these will be time limited and reviewed in accordance with the needs of the young person.             "reductionCriteria": "Tenderers must first complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire and pass all the pass and fail questions in Section 8, before their tender submission will be considered. Bidders at tender stage, must achieve a score of 60% overall on the scored questions. All tenders who meet the overall minimum score we be appointed onto the Electronic Market Place (EMP), for the lot applied for, as long as they pass the SSQ criteria. There is no price evaluation as this tender is being evaluated on a Price and Quality Separated basis. This means that only the tenderers who meets the minimum quality thresholds will be appointed onto the EMP with their prices submitted at the time of entry. The prices submitted will only be considered at call-off stage once the matching to a Young Person's individual needs is met and therefore the contract (IPA) following internal Council approvals will be awarded to the tenderer who meets the minimum quality thresholds and submits the lowest price. Block Contract, once on the EMP there may be an opportunity to apply for a block contract where we may have identified a specific requirement. There will be a mini competition available to all bidders. The criteria will be contained within the Specification document. Pricing - Although prices will not be used to gain entry onto the EMP, they will be scrutinised to determine affordability and whether they are competitive."
