Framework Agreement for Staffordshire County Council Workforce Mental Wellbeing Early Intervention Support
Notice Description
Staffordshire County Council requires a range of organisations/individual professionals to complement our employed Occupational Health and Health and Safety professionals to deliver a range of prevention and early intervention support services to the workforce under a Framework Agreement. The use of a Framework Agreement for the provision of early intervention support to employees will allow the Council to have a range of competent providers offering a wide range of skills and services. There are no guaranteed levels of referrals per provider. Providers are expected to work in partnership with the County Council to deliver early intervention services to the corporate workforce of 4300 employees and for other customers supported by the Council's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service. Providers appointed to the framework will assist us to support employees suffering from mental ill health and help prevent and reduce the impact that ill health of this nature has on individuals, their families and organisational productivity.

"description": "Staffordshire County Council needs to ensure that all Counsellors undertaking intervention for ThinkWell hold the required membership / registration of one of the following professional bodies to the level indicated below or higher. * BACP- Individual member or higher * BABCP - Ordinary membership or higher * HCPC -Registered as psychologist * BPC - British Psychoanalytic Council - Membership due to appropriate counselling qualification * NCS - The National Counselling Society - Accredited Professional Registrant or above * UKCP - United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy - Full clinical membership * ACCPH - Accredited Coaches, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists. Accredited member via a route that includes counselling/psychotherapy qualification. * UKAHPP - UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners Ordinary member or higher. * Or equivalent - If submitting an equivalent accreditation, please provide full justification to its equivalent status and a link to the organisation's website. Counsellors must hold an appropriate qualification and have experience that has allowed them to gain such membership or registration. Organisational membership alone will not be considered adequate unless the individual undertaking interventions for ThinkWell hold the required membership. Awarded Supplier's will maintain Membership and Registration of Professional Bodies for the duration of the Framework term (including extensions).
