Notice Description

Staffordshire County Council (SCC) are running a procurement exercise for the provision of Prevention of Youth Homelessness and the provision of Accommodation Based Support Service for 16-17 Year Olds. The overall aim of the service is to Prevent Youth Homelessness which will be achieved by providing structured packages of support for 16-17-year-olds on the edge of entering Local Authority care, to develop or sustain their independence and to access or sustain settled housing situations. The support provided is considered on an individual needs basis and can vary in duration along with the rate of progress made by the young person. The service will be available 52 weeks a year including evening and weekends to an emergency on call service.
