The Newham Enrichment Programme secondary theatre offer is part of the Enrichment Programme. The aspiration of the Mayor and her administration is for Newham children and young people to experience the richness of a vibrant and diverse enrichment offer. It is intended through the Enrichment Programme children and young people will experience a broad range of cultural opportunities 'Making Newham the Best Place for Children and Families'.
