Gas Safe Register Concession Services Renewal
Notice Description
To Operate the Gas Safe Register for a period of five years. The Provider will be required to undertake a number of tasks and, in doing so, protect and inform the public of the risks of unsafe and illegal gas work, and of other dangers such as carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. The operation of the scheme will be ring-fenced from any other of The Provider's commercial and operational activities to prevent any conflict of interest on the part of The Provider. There are currently around 80,014 gas businesses registered on the Gas Safe Register, with approximately 155,653 unique engineers, generating approximately PS20m revenue per annum through registrations and notification fees.
