The role of the RhEST team is to address barriers to engagement in treatment and recovery, with a focus on individuals who are sleeping rough. The contract procured formed part of a larger project and was advertised under the Open Procedure in accordance with the Light Touch Regime and included a variation to increase staffing capacity from 1.1.23 until 31.8.23.
