The Children and Young Peoples Integrated Therapies service will deliver SaLT, OT and PT support to children and young people, aged 0-19, in Buckinghamshire (excluding Milton Keynes) with Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND). This will be provided to children and young people with or without an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The contract is for 3 years with a 2-year extension option. The contract will start 10th February 2024. A budget cap has been set for the initial 3 year contract term of PS17,529,348. Any bids that exceed the cap will be disqualified from the procurement process. TUPE may apply to this contract. Additional information: The Council is conducting the procurement under the "Light Touch Regime" as set out in regulations 74-77 in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). The Contract Value in II.2.6 is the estimated value for the 5 year period i.e. 3 years initial term with a 2 year option to extend.
