Notice Description
This tender competition is for the production and supply of Services for the Northern Ireland Government Departments' Exhibition at the Balmoral Show in 2024. The initial show will take place in mid May 2024 and the following two shows will be in mid May 2025 and 2026. The Contractor must provide services for the design, production, construction and build of the exhibition and hospitality area. The successful Contactor must also provide a floor plan, transport, and clearance of the exhibition.

Options: The initial contract period will commence from the date of award for a period of one year, with the option to extend for two further shows at one year each
Renewal: An initial contract period of 1 year with the option to extend for two further show periods of 1 year each
