Notice Description
A 3 year programme of certification. The right to use the Top Employers Certification Seal, conditional on certification, i.e. on annually achieving the minimum qualifying score in the Top Employers HR Best Practices Survey for Certification Programme 2024, 2025, and 2026. Online reporting of validated survey outcomes against the Top Employers benchmark, which provides comparative insight into the Client's employee conditions and highlights areas of excellence and of development. Publication of RMG's company profile on the Top Employers Institute website (conditional on certification). Access to the online Top Employers portal where tools and instruments can be found to leverage the certification in the Client's communication (conditional on certification).
