Pre-Procurement Market Engagement - The Elms is a 44 bed hostel and a 24/7 night shelter, the accommodation provides a combination of a night shelter and direct access hostel accommodation for single homeless individuals. This Dacorum Borough Council asset is under current management contract, which is expiring and therefore going out for re-tender. The Council are seeking views and feedback from interested parties and providers from similar services to shape and develop the tender specification.
