Modification Notice under PSR CPU5576 Integrated Wellbeing Service - Nottingham Nottingham City Council sought experienced organisations to deliver an Integrated Wellbeing Service (IWS). The new contract amalgamates a range of health improvement interventions into one service model. including Stop Smoking, Weight Management and Physical Activity. The Council commissioned a prime provider model, which is responsible for delivering the service functions in an innovative, dynamic, and flexible manner to residents across Nottingham. The contract commenced on 1 April 2024 and the duration is for 5 years with a possible extension of 3 + 2 years at the Council's discretion.
