The South West Police Procurement Service is seeking a Contractor to provide an Uninsured Loss Recovery service for Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire Police Forces (the Customer). Coverage is required for the entirety of these Force areas. The Organisations are looking to appoint a single Supplier for the effective and timely recovery of uninsured losses in support of its motor vehicle claims, associated losses and damage to property. The Customers fleet totals approx. 4000 vehicles across the five Forces; cars and panel vans, motorcycles, larger goods vehicles, and passenger vehicles. On average the Customer experiences in excess of 100 uninsured losses per annum and PS1.6 million have been recovered over the last 5-year period.
