Specialist Compensation Consultancy for properties that require some remediation work or are affected in some way by the scope of the remediation works. The scope of work for each of the affected properties is likely to vary significantly and therefore the degree of disruption and inconvenience to the residents is also variable and difficult to assess
Options: The contract is awarded on the basis of the full service and works to be completed in its entirety.
