Summary of the contracting process

The National Highways, a government entity in the UK, has initiated a procurement process for the provision of an Unmetered Supplies Data Service. This service involves the procurement of unmetered electrical energy for road lighting and lit traffic signs on motorways and trunk roads in England. The procurement stage is currently at the tender phase, with a deadline for interested parties to contact Rebecca Jones at National Highways by 26th September 2023.

This tender opportunity presents a chance for businesses involved in meter reading services and electricity supply to compete for providing the required services to National Highways. The procurement process aims to select a provider who can ensure compliance with industry procedures and standards for unmetered energy supply. Businesses capable of delivering on the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents will find this opportunity suitable for expanding their operations.
