The business is headquartered in Durham and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the CKI Group, based in Hong Kong. The business turned over PS800m (2016) and has circa 3,000 UK based employees. The business is recognised as a leading customer service organisation with strong ethical values. Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL), which includes Essex & Suffolk Water (ESW) are reviewing arrangements for their requirement of approximately 2900 filter cartridges annually

Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL), which includes Essex & Suffolk Water (ESW) are reviewing arrangements for their requirement of approximately 2900 filter cartridges annually of the following description: * Micron Filter cartridge 10um / 5um / 3um / 1um absolute - Size is dependant on Site Melt brown polypropylene 40" length Amazon code A end fitting, EPDM seals * The product must be able to fit the amazon filter cartridge system. * The product must have high performance and longevity (3 months plus) * The product must be Water industry Reg 31 approved.

Options: After the initial 36 months, an optional 24 months extension will be available
