Young Adults and Adult Carers Support Service
Lot 1 is for an Adult Carers Support Service covering aged 18+ years with responsibility for statutory Care Act assessment being the responsibility of Adult Social Care. Additional information: The values reflect the potential 5 year duration, including extensions.
Options: The initial contract period is 3 years (1/4/24 - 31/3/27), with an option to extend by 1 year plus a further 1 year.
