Notice Description
The Health & Safety Executive is seeking to appoint a Technical Advisory Service to operate as a 'one-stop shop' provider of multi disciplinary advice, to include specification development, project management and cost/Quantity Surveyor (QS) management. The majority of works will fall under the following disciplines, mainly at the Buxton Site: * Principal Designer/Architect. * Project Manager (Expected duties: planning, project controls, contract administration). * Civil Engineer (including public health and road works). * Structural Engineer. * Mechanical & Electrical engineer (including ATEX Electrical & Mechanical Design). Page 4 to 8 * Building Services Engineer. * Cost consultant/QS * Contract Administration. * Building & Land surveyor. * Technical evaluation of HSE tenders.
