Sandwell's Bereavement Services is seeking a cloud-based, specialised solution that not only allows the Council to meet its statutory duties, but which also enables operational efficiencies, leaner processes, and improved communication. The service requires a holistic view of operations, covering not just burials, cremations, but also a single source of information relating to memorial sales, work orders, and safety inspections. The ability to have a single view of bookings across all facilities is a must.
Options: Option to extend for 12 months
