Lot 2 - Fit for Net Zero - Help local firms achieve adapt to net zero through better resource efficiency and working towards low and zero carbon supply chains. Lot 3 - Rural Hubs - Tailored service for new and establishing social enterprises and non-profit driven which provide services in rural areas, as well as for-profit businesses serving communities in Smaller Rural Places.
