Notice Description
The purpose of the homelessness accommodation and support service is to provide a tailored and holistic approach to meet the accommodation and support needs of the individual. The Service will provide different levels of support in a range of accommodation settings to those clients in need who have presented to Durham County Council, Housing Solutions as homeless or at risk of being homeless.

This procurement is issued under an Open Tender process in line with Public Contracts Regulation 2015, under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for contracts for social and other specific services (Light Touch Regime). Additional information: The expected start date for the proposed contract is 01/07/2024 The expected end date for the proposed contract is 30/06/2026. The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 2x 12 months from the actual end date.
