Contract examples below should clearly articulate the services provided in the context of the contract scope and should be in respect of contracts for the provision of Information Governance and Data Protection Services performed during the three years to November 2023. 2. The potential Supplier MUST have experience in relation to Information Security, understanding of e.g. Cloud Technology, Technical Architecture etc. Also the Organisation and / or Staff MUST hold the following or equivalent qualifications. CISSP GCHQ Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) ISO27001 Cyber Essentials Plus 3. The potential Supplier MUST have experience of managing TUPE, preferably within an NHS environment and MUST confirm their intention to comply with TUPE regulations. 4. The potential Supplier MUST have experience of delivering Social Value during the delivery of the contracts, preferably within the Cheshire and Merseyside Region, with regards to the Government Social Value priorities.",
