Notice Description

The aim of the service is to provide a comprehensive patient-centred adult audiology service AQP which will include the provision of hearing aids for age related hearing loss (non-complex) in-line with national guidance (NICE) and local requirements for the patients registered with a GP practice within the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. The contract period is for 3 years commencing on 24 May 2024 with an option to extend for 24 months (2 years).
