The purpose of this PIN is to notify the market of the requirement in the future, as well as reduce the timeframes for tendering once this is live. Contract Duration The anticipated contract start date will be 1 April 2024 for an initial period of one year (12 months) with the option for the Council to extend the contract by any period, or periods, up to a maximum of a further four years (48 months). Dates are provisional and may be subject to change at the Council's absolute discretion. Estimated Contract Value The estimated contract value over 5 years is PS1,230,000. Place of Performance The Council has three Household Recycling Centres at the following locations:- * Carryduff, 6 Comber Road, Carryduff, BT8 8AN * The Cutts, Derriaghy, BT17 9HN * Drumlough, Dromara Road, Hillsborough, BT26 6QA Indicative Annual Tonnages (April 2023 to March 2024) Tonnages are for information purposes only and are not guaranteed. Tonnages will be subject to change.
