Lot 1 - South

To deliver cleaning (routine) on behalf of LACS. This is a 5 year contract with the option to extend to a maximum of 7 years delivering services across LACS estate. Properties subject to change throughout contract life.

Renewal: Possibility of extension for a further 1 + 1 year to a maximum of 7 years

Lot 2 - East

To deliver cleaning (routine) on behalf of LACS. This is a 5 year contract with the option to extend to a maximum of 7 years delivering services across LACS estate. Properties subject to change throughout contract life.

Renewal: There is the option to extend this contract to a maximum of 7 years by way of 1 + 1 extensions

Lot 3 - Central

To deliver cleaning (routine) on behalf of LACS. This is a 5 year contract with the option to extend to a maximum of 7 years delivering services across LACS estate. Properties subject to change throughout contract life.

Renewal: The contract can be extended to a maximum of 7 years by way of 2 1 + 1 year extensions.

Lot 4 - West

To deliver cleaning (routine) on behalf of LACS. This is a 5 year contract with the option to extend to a maximum of 7 years delivering services across LACS estate. Properties subject to change throughout contract life.
