NHS England Midlands (East) and East of England wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced providers to help gain market views and interest in relation to their Commissioning intentions for the provision of NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Hub

The NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (BCSP) aims to reduce the incidence of, and
mortality from, bowel cancer by delivering a systematic, quality assured population-based
screening programme. Full details of the service and the standard NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Programme (BCSP) service specification is available at https://www.england.nhs.uk/
NHS England Midlands (East) and East of England would like to invite all interested providers to participate in an early market assessment questionnaire. The questionnaire
contains questions relating to the services advertised on which we are looking for feedback
from potential providers.
The questionnaire is available via Atamis portal https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome -
Project Code C232982.
The deadline for responses to the questionnaire is 12 noon on 2nd
February 2024. Additional information: This is purely an early engagement exercise; any subsequent procurement will be advertised
separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the
procurement advertisement as and when published.
This is a market testing exercise and does not commit the Commissioners to carry out a process.
Neither the publication of this notice nor the employment of any particular terminology nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that the Contracting Authority intends to hold
itself bound by any of the Regulations. Please see published documentation for
further details.
The Service is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
