Lot 1

All award criteria are stated in the procurement documents only. The Council is conducting the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring the services described in the specification which can be found within the ITT documents. Providers will submit tenders by the stated deadline via https://www.the-chest.org.uk/

Renewal: The Council proposes to enter into the Contract for a period of three years with the successful Tenderer. There are TWO optional extensions available of up to 12 months. The optional extension is at the complete discretion of the Council. The end date of 31st May 2029 includes the two optional extensions. If the extensions are not used the contract will end on 31st May 2027.
