Our development portfolio comprises a mixture of land led & regeneration, joint venture, land & build package and S106 schemes across our area of operation. Paradigm appoints an Employer's Agent for every new development project, and occasionally to provide general advice. The Employer's Agent is a key consultant throughout the lifetime of each project providing pre-contract advice; compiling and administering build contracts, including the valuation and certification of works, monitoring programme and quality and ensuring that Paradigm receives compliant homes ready to be occupied; and managing defects post completion. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is up to PS4,500,000. The Framework will be in place for 4 years from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2028. However, it should be noted that calls-offs under the Framework may be longer in duration. If your organisation wishes to participate in this process you need to register on the ProActis Portal. You will be unable to take part if you do not register. Please use the link below and follow the instructions on the website. Supplier registration (due-north.com) Tenders must be returned via the ProActis Portal. The tender return date is noon on Thursday 14th March 2024.
