This service is intended to provide assistance for residents experiencing health inequalities to maintain basic toenail care, which can cause significant health challenges and exclusion from access to other health services. This project has been designed to target specific cohorts of the population where there is greatest need. Health inequalities - to address inequalities across the City and Hackney Place, this project has been designed to target specific cohorts of the population where there is greatest need by preventing toenails becoming a hindrance to walking and moving around. There is also an increased risk of falls for some patients unless this issue is addressed. This notice expresses an intention to award a contract under the Most Suitable Provider Process under the Provider Selection Regime. The lifetime value of this service is PS65,000.
