The service also needs to include the disconnection and disposal of the resident's current appliance, replacing it with new (where applicable). The scope of the agreement includes, but is not limited to the following: cookers, fridges, fridge-freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, microwaves, and air fryers. This list is not exhaustive. Please note that funding for local welfare support is discretionary and therefore we cannot commit to a minimum quantity of white goods required.

Buckinghamshire Council wishes to procure a provider to supply, deliver and install white goods to eligible Buckinghamshire residents which are experiencing hardship or crisis. Options: The contract term is 1 year with the option to extend for 3 further years on a 1+1+1+1 basis.
