Notice Description
BCP Council requires a Framework of suppliers for the supply to BCP Council with domestic & commercial gas & heating materials to its responsive In-House Team. The Council is responsible for approximately 5,100 directly owned and 480 leasehold domestic properties within the BCP area. These are primarily maintained by BCP's In-House Maintenance Team. BCP's intention is to award up to 5 supplier's positions on the Framework. The successful suppliers will be expected to source and supply domestic & commercial gas & heating materials required to fulfil the deliverable requirements.

Renewal: The Authority has one options to extend the contract and each option shall be an additional 12 months. The maximum period of this contract shall therefore be 48 months and this period includes all options to extend.
