The Procurement for Housing (PfH) has launched the Business Solutions and Supply Management Framework, aimed at the social housing sector. This framework, which commenced in July 2025, was overseen by PfH, a central purchasing body and public contracting authority based in Birchwood, Warrington, UK. Classified under CPV code 30000000, this procurement process focused on office and computing machinery, excluding furniture and software packages. The framework is in the award stage, with all contracts already signed by 1st July 2025, signifying the completion of this phase. As a principal procurement structure for social housing bodies, PfH aims to deliver efficiency savings via dynamic procurement systems, strategy reviews, and other procurement solutions.
