Business Solutions Framework Agreement
Notice Description
The current Office and Business Solutions Framework is due to expire in June 2025. It currently covers a range of office based supplies and services including stationery, furniture, PPE, IT equipment and medical kits and accessories. PfH also have a Janitorial and PPE Framework that is due to expire in April 2025 and a Print Services Framework due to expire in September 2025 (including the extension option). PfH are currently considering amalgamating these three frameworks into a single multi lot offering for customers to call off all their office based requirements.

Lot 1
The current Office and Business Solutions Framework is due to expire in June 2024. The current framework is divided into two lots: - Complete Office and Business Solutions - Office and Business Solutions Guaranteed Savings It is anticipated that the future framework will be extended to include the supplies and services currently covered by our existing Janitorial, Workwear and PPE and Print and Digital Communications Frameworks. These frameworks include: - Janitorial Supplies - Workwear and PPE - Print and Digital Communications - Print Devices and Associated Services - Total Print Solutions The new framework will be divided into lots. PfH wishes to engage with suitably experienced and qualified suppliers in order to support the development of the strategy for the replacement framework. Interested suppliers should contact the Support Services Team at: Supportservices@pfh.co.uk Market engagement will be conducted through a variety of channels which may include but not be limited to one to one telephone or video calls, face to face meetings or wider supplier engagement sessions.
