Adult Substance Misuse Recovery System Single Tender Action

The Council believes that the decision to award a new contract to RDASH for the provision of an Adult Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery System is permitted pursuant to Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) as set out below include 1) The Doncaster Adult Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery System is a highly complex system of inter-related clinical and non-clinical support service elements, that combine to deliver an integrated system and comprehensive offer to those affected by substance misuse. 2) The service is a highly complex integrated solution across the borough with a specific interoperability required which must be fulfilled in order to ensure functioning of the service 3) the alignment of these services with the national drugs strategy and affording the City the opportunity to continue to benefit from the high performing service under a new contract with the incumbent provider with minimal disruption to service users. 4)Additional national fixed term funding, the Supplemental Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Grant (SSMTRG), has been allocated to Doncaster over a 3 year period until 2025
