Phlebotomy, Housebound Long Term Condition Reviews and Structured Diabetes Education This contract will be awarded to an existing provider following the direct award process C. The approximate life time value of the contract is PS800,000. (PS200,000 per annum for 3 + 1 years.) Contract start date: 01 April 2024 Contract end date 31 March 2026
Options: The term of the contract is 3 years plus an option to extend for 1 year.
