Buckinghamshire Council is seeking to commission with an experienced and qualified provider for the co-ordination and delivery of an Accommodation Based Housing Support Service - High Wycombe, Medium Support for 53 service users. The Service will support 53 service users accessing homeless hostel beds or dispersed accommodation within the High Wycombe area to vulnerable single Buckinghamshire residents between the ages of 18 to 55 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking to commission with an experienced and qualified provider for the co-ordination and delivery of an Accommodation Based Housing Support Service - High Wycombe, Medium Support for 53 service users. The Service will support 53 service users accessing homeless hostel beds or dispersed accommodation within the High Wycombe area to vulnerable single Buckinghamshire residents between the ages of 18 to 55 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Over a time, limited period, the aim is to provide a supportive, person centred and empowering service to enable Service Users to gain the skills and support required to live independently, move-on to long-term housing solutions and sustain tenancies. The successful provider will be expected to work in partnership with health and social care services and the voluntary and community sector to promote personal independence, improved health and wellbeing and to prevent homelessness and reduce factors leading to repeated homelessness. The contract start date is 1 September 2024. The contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for one further year with a total contract value of PS801,677.69 for this service.
Options: The contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for one further year.
Renewal: An option to extend for a period of 12 months after the initial 3 year term.
