Stroke Recovery Service with Integrated Communication Support across Lancashire: The service help stroke survivors make safe choices to support their recovery. The service also provides information and support to individuals on a range of issues and signpost to other services or agencies as required. Contract Start Date: 01/04/2024 Contract End Date: 31/03/2025 The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS645,590 however the final contract value is still to be finalised. The ICB are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C.
