Cardiac Rehabilitation Service; the aim of the service is to fully rehabilitate individuals with cardio-vascular disease back to their lives and roles in society in a holistic and patient centred way. Contract Start Date: 01/04/2024 Contract End Date: 31/03/2025 The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS102737.34 however the final contract value is still to be finalised. The ICB are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C.
