Procurement undertaken under PSR. The "Tier 2 In-Person Weight Management Service", commissioned by the Public Health and Wellbeing Division in South Gloucestershire Council (the Council), will provide an evidence-based intervention to families with children aged 5-17 years and adults aged 18 and over, who are above a healthy weight, with the aim of reducing the risk of poor health outcomes and to reduce health inequalities. Intending to award the contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS80,000. The contract start date is 4th April 2024 on an initial 12 month term with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
