This decision was made on of GP surgery location for delivery and relationship with practices . The relationships is also a weighting and the requirement to understand the medical background of patients. The services are best delivered by patients GPs as there is a requirement to access full medical records and to understand the ongoing health situation with patients. Providers assessed on a Pass/Fail basis against 3 basic selection criteria. All Scored and Pass/Fail criteria are met. No conflicts of interest declared.",
