Lund Quarter will be the first significant new build phase of the Carpenters Estate regeneration, combining strong placemaking aspirations with high-quality architectural design and the deep retrofit of the existing Lund Point tower.Populo is seeking a Sustainability/MEP consultant to deliver Sustainability/MEP consultancy services both during the pre-contract and post-contract stages of the project (post contract would be novated to the main contractor and the Client can amend or redraft the post-novation services subsequently required.)The Sustainability/MEP consultant will lead the design, documentation, technical performance, and detailed coordination of the sustainability strategies and MEP design in accordance with the Project Brief and produce the information required to manufacture and construct the Project.
